I was expecting it to take a bit longer, so I felt relieved when my order arrived sooner than planned. Everything went smoothly, and I didn’t really run into any issues

I grabbed a few things online and the checkout part was straightforward, no real issues there. The shipping took longer than I thought it would though, and the tracking wasn’t super helpful since it barely updated. Everything did show up in good shape, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall, just kinda wish the delivery side was smoother.

I’ve bought from Rural King a handful of times now, and for the most part, I trust them. Their prices are usually reasonable, and my orders have shown up how I expected. The updates can be a little slow sometimes, well, not terrible, just not always as quick as I’d like. Either way, I still feel comfortable ordering from them again

I ordered a few things from ruralking.com for curbside pickup, and it was way easier than I expected!!! The whole thing went smoothly from start to finish!!!

Once I got the email saying my order was ready, I drove over, parked by the curbside sign, and called the number posted there. A guy came out in about 5 minutes and loaded everything up for me!!!
Everything was there, nothing was missing, and there was no annoying hassle at all!!! I was in a hurry, so not having to go inside and wander around the store was a big win. I’d definitely use it again!!!

I stopped in last week while the store was busy, and the staff was really nice once someone was able to help me. I did have to wait around for a little while before getting assistance, but after that they helped me find exactly what I needed. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just wish things moved a little faster during busier times.

I tried to exchange a jacket and at first I figured, okay, no big deal, these things take a little time. But wow, it got annoying fast. The replies were slow, the instructions weren’t really clear, and I ended up having to call twice just to get it moving. What should’ve been a simple exchange turned into way more effort than it needed to be...

I used to check Rural King first when I needed something, but lately the prices seem higher than what you’re actually getting. Since I’ve been finding the same items cheaper at other stores and online, it makes me shop around more now. The shipping costs didn’t really help either, so I’m just not seeing the value like I used to.

I didn’t have no trouble keeping up with my order. The tracking worked fine and the updates came through quick.

I ordered a few farm supplies from ruralking.com, i’m kind of kicking myself for not trying them earlier. Everything showed up exactly the way I picked it out online.
Nothing was missing, the sizes were right, and the quantities matched too. After dealing with mix-ups from other places before, I was half expecting something to be off, but there were no issues at all.
It ended up being a simple, hassle-free order. I’m happy with how it went, and my only regret is not using them sooner

I tried to buy something, but the whole site was such a hassle. Pages took forever to load, the search results barely matched what I was looking for, and checkout kept sending me back like I couldn’t escape. After about 20 minutes of going in circles, I finally just gave up.

I keep finding myself checking Rural King because they really do have a solid mix of stuff. Farm supplies, pet food, tools, random things for the house—it’s kind of all there in one place. Reading between the lines, it feels like the selection is the main reason I keep coming back, even if some things are out of stock here and there. That part can be annoying, but the prices usually seem fair, and there’s still enough variety that I can usually find something close to what I need...

I've ordered from Rural King a few times, and the delivery's been kind of hit or miss. My last order showed up several days late, and I barely got any updates along the way. The prices are decent, but if I need something by a certain date, I can't really count on them anymore

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about using this: the rewards are legit and they’ve definitely helped me save some cash. That said, it’s not always quick or smooth. Sometimes it takes a while for things to process, so don’t count on getting the benefits instantly

The website said the item was available, so I made the trip to the store, but it wasn’t actually there. Frustrating, especially when I’m trying to be careful with my budget and avoid wasting time and gas.

The box showed up a little crushed, but to be fair, everything inside was okay. I’m not saying it was a huge problem or anything, but the packaging definitely could’ve been sturdier to avoid that.

The store told me to contact the online side, then online pointed me to the manufacturer, and it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership of it. After a few weeks of going in circles, I just gave up. I’ll still stop in for smaller stuff, but I’d be hesitant to buy anything expensive there again if getting support is going to be that difficult.

I saw a promo on ruralking.com and thought, okay, nice, this is actually a good deal. But then I got all the way to checkout and the discount wasn’t applying the way it was shown, which is always frustrating because by that point you’ve already spent time picking stuff out. I reached out to customer service, thinking maybe it was just a glitch or something, and they basically told me the sale had changed. I don’t know, that just didn’t sit right with me. If the ad is showing a certain price or discount, it should work when you go to buy it. It felt misleading and kind of like a waste of time. I don’t think I’ll bother with their online sales again

I found exactly what I needed on Rural King, which was great... but then I saw the shipping cost and, wow!!! It was almost as much as the item itself?? Definitely kinda ruined the deal for me. I’d maybe order again, but only if they had cheaper shipping options!!!
